Purpose-Built

A 16,000 ft² packaging facility, designed for the job.

Our newest building was designed for purpose — large equipment packaging — not adapted to it.

  • Six bays, each 80 ft long, for staging and assembling large skids end-to-end
  • Two 50-ton bridge cranes giving 200,000 lb of lifting capacity
  • 30 ft hook height for tall vessels and stacked modules
  • Drive-through access for over-the-road and heavy-haul loadout

Fabrication & Testing

Fab shop, warehouse, and in-house testing.

  • 21,000 ft² fabrication shop with two 20-ton bridge cranes (80,000 lb lift)
  • 4,000 ft² warehouse for material receiving and control
  • Custom-designed lube oil test tanks with immersion heater
  • Flow testing up to 200 GPM and a VFD for running 50 Hz motors
  • Hydrostatic testing to 5,000 psi
  • In-house NDE, coating, and final testing
